Current ZIEA Governing Council (2019 - 2022)

ZIEA affairs are governed by the Council which is voted in place every three years by the membership. The Council is presided over by the Chairperson.

The current Chairperson is Mr Bryan Mushota Tembo. Other Council members and their Council Responsibilities are:

  3. Mr Jim Amos Mumba – Council Member
  4. Mrs Catherine Miller – Council Member
  5. Miss Nalukui Muwindwa – Council Member
  6. Mr Archie F.W Lloyd – Council Member
  7. Mr Mutepa Kamoto – Council Member
  8. Mr Joseph Mwaba – Council Member
  9. Miss Natasha Chiumya – Council Member

VISION: To be recognized as a reputable regulatory authority in real estate agency business in Zambia and in the SADC region by diligently serving the public and our members.

MISSION: To regulate, promote and enhance good professionalism and conduct in real estate agency practice to meet the expectations of the public.


The current council has deliberately chosen to use education and training as its strategic approach for regulating the sector. It is envisaged that once all sector practitioners are exposed to training and are able to interact at a professional level, the challenges of regulating the sector will be surmounted.
